## Additional channels and numbers

A **channel** is a place where your agent works: WhatsApp, Instagram, Messenger, or email. Each plan **includes channels of your choice** (1 on Starter, 3 on Pro, and a number agreed with Trama on Business). The **Offer Link** and the **web Widget** are always-free channels and don't count as the included channel.

* **Additional channel:** US\$ 10 per month each (for example, adding Instagram on top of WhatsApp, or a WhatsApp line for another brand).
* **Additional team WhatsApp number:** US\$ 19 per month each (see "Team WhatsApp numbers" above).
* **Phone number provided by Trama:** if you don't want to go get a number yourself to connect WhatsApp, we provide one for US\$ 12 per month. It's available in the main LATAM countries (except Colombia), Spain, Portugal, and Europe.

## Overage and plan changes

Service is not interrupted when the limit is exceeded: additional opportunities are billed at the plan rate. You can change plans or cancel without a minimum commitment. Upgrades are applied with the corresponding settlement and downgrades from the next renewal.

## Billing

Prices are in US dollars and exclude taxes and applicable Meta WhatsApp charges. Annual subscriptions are billed upfront for the complete period.
