## Does pricing include Meta WhatsApp charges?

No. Applicable WhatsApp Business Platform charges are separate from the Trama subscription.

## Can I start monthly and switch to annual later?

Yes. The change is processed through the customer portal with the corresponding billing adjustment.

## How many people on my team can use Trama?

As many as you want: members are unlimited on every plan and use the dashboard, the CRM, and the Trama Agent via web or app at no cost. What your plan counts are the WhatsApp numbers linked to the Trama Agent (3 on Starter, 7 on Pro, and a number agreed with Trama on Business); each additional one is US\$ 19 per month.
