What Meta defines

Meta sets the rates, the message categories and the terms, and changes them whenever it wants. That’s why we don’t write them here: any number we put down today could be stale tomorrow, and you’d be making a decision on bad data. The authoritative source, the only one to look at, is Meta’s: WhatsApp Business Platform Pricing
