Campaigns organize the inquiries that come in. Broadcasts are the opposite: they’re the messages that go out from your WhatsApp to the travelers you already have. They’re for talking to your existing customers again: announcing a new promo, letting them know season departures just opened, or reaching someone who traveled with you a year ago and hasn’t heard from you since.

How they work

  1. Upload your list. Add your contacts and group them by destination, season, or last trip.
  2. The agent writes the update. It drafts the message in your voice and submits it for Meta template approval. You review it before it goes out.
  3. Send and measure. See how many received the message and how many replied.

Replies come back into the funnel

This is the difference from a standalone sending tool: when someone answers a broadcast, the reply lands in the same inbox as always, the agent picks it up and turns it into an opportunity for your team. The broadcast doesn’t end at the send, it feeds the pipeline.

This is not spam

  • Meta approves every template before it can be sent.
  • Every send includes an opt-out.
  • You write to people who are already your customers, not to purchased lists.
If you abuse broadcasts, Meta lowers your number’s quality rating and throttles your sending. The tool is built for retention, not for volume.

What it costs

Trama does not charge you to send broadcasts. The cost is charged by Meta, per delivered message, and depends on the country you’re writing to. It’s the marketing category rate, which is higher than the conversational one. See “WhatsApp costs (Meta)” for the per-country detail.
