Campaigns allow you to organize opportunities by commercial context: an active promo, a season, a specific destination.

How they work

You create a campaign with a name, a period, and optionally a brief that the agent can use as context. Example: the campaign “Cancun July Promo” with the brief “All inclusive in Cancun from USD 890/person. Valid for July bookings. Includes flight + 7 nights + transfers.” When a lead comes in asking about Cancun, the agent knows there’s an active promo and can mention it. The opportunity is linked to that campaign.

What they’re used for

  • Measuring how many inquiries a promo generated
  • Seeing how many of those inquiries converted into sales
  • Organizing the board by active campaign
  • Comparing performance between campaigns
