How it works
Each morning (around 9:00, the business’s local time), the system reviews all active opportunities and generates a single message per sales rep with the day’s pending actions. If a sales rep has nothing pending, they receive no message.Types of follow-ups
Unattended leads:- You have a new lead that nobody has contacted for more than 4 hours (urgent)
- You have a new lead that nobody has contacted for more than 24 hours (critical)
- A customer responded to you and you haven’t replied in the last 24 hours
- You’ve been in contact for more than 5 days without sending a quote
- Touch 1 (48 hours): “You quoted Lucy 2 days ago and she hasn’t responded. It’s a good time to remind her and offer to adjust something.”
- Touch 2 (7 days): “Lucy hasn’t responded to your quote for 7 days. You can give her a reason to decide now: rising prices, decreasing availability.”
- Touch 3 (15 days): “Last attempt with Lucy. Ask if anything has changed and offer to re-quote. If no response, it closes.”
How you receive follow-ups
- Daily email: A grouped summary with all the day’s actions, organized by priority.
- Asking the agent: You can ask the Trama agent “What do I have pending for today?” and it responds with the details.
