From Team you manage the people in your business: you invite members, assign them a role, configure how they receive notifications, and deactivate them. The team is unlimited on all plans.

Inviting and assigning roles

You invite by email and choose the role (Owner, Admin, or Sales rep). The invitation stays pending until the person accepts it, and it can be resent. The detail of what each role sees and can do is in Roles and permissions.

Notifications per member

For each person you can adjust where they receive notices (email, WhatsApp), at what hours, and which events trigger them.

Team metrics

The section shows performance per sales rep (assigned leads, percentage within response time, average response time, conversion rate, and quoted amount) compared against the previous period (7, 30, or 90 days).

Who has access

Team is for the Owner and the Admin. Sales reps don’t have access to this section.
