Additional channels and numbers
A channel is a place where your agent works: WhatsApp, Instagram, Messenger, or email. Each plan includes channels of your choice (1 on Starter, 3 on Pro, and a number agreed with Trama on Business). The Offer Link and the web Widget are always-free channels and don’t count as the included channel.- Additional channel: US$ 10 per month each (for example, adding Instagram on top of WhatsApp, or a WhatsApp line for another brand).
- Additional team WhatsApp number: US$ 19 per month each (see “Team WhatsApp numbers” above).
- Phone number provided by Trama: if you don’t want to go get a number yourself to connect WhatsApp, we provide one for US$ 12 per month. It’s available in the main LATAM countries (except Colombia), Spain, Portugal, and Europe.
